If you rent a virtual office at Bedrijvencentrum Waasland, you can also reserve a meeting room for 2 half days a month.

Companies or organizations external to our business center can also rent our meeting rooms.

You can book our meeting rooms per half day or per full day.

All meeting rooms of BC Waasland have an internet connection / wifi. The use of an LCD projector, flipchart and whiteboard is included in the rental price.

If desired, we are happy to provide the catering. We provide water and freshly brewed coffee. We can also provide a sandwich meal for you.

Every working day from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, your customers are received at the communal reception and referred or, if necessary, escorted to the appropriate meeting room.

The meeting rooms have access security and are accessible 24/7.
